Yes: This is a significant head injury and with your symptoms I recommend an examination by a physician. After the assessment a decision will be made as to whether simple observation or taking of a Cat Scan is advisable. Ater such head injury it is not unusual to have headache and dizziness for some days,however. Severe headaches, nausea,vomiting,drowsiness,confusion and visual disturbances are serious
