I hit the front right side of my head very hard but didn't lose conciousness just feel dazed. should i be worried?

Yes: This is a significant head injury and with your symptoms I recommend an examination by a physician. After the assessment a decision will be made as to whether simple observation or taking of a Cat Scan is advisable. Ater such head injury it is not unusual to have headache and dizziness for some days,however. Severe headaches, nausea,vomiting,drowsiness,confusion and visual disturbances are serious

Head'sUp-Head'sDown: Dazed, no. Confused, yes. Headache, maybe. Nausea and vomiting, probably. Feeling too tired at the wrong time, yes.All together or any combination, definitely. Also depends on how it happened. Walk into the wall? Hit over the head with a baseball bat? Fall of the roof? Your "migraine"might act-up, and if it is much different than usual, worry about that. Loss of consciousness only occurs in some individules who sustain a concussion.
