See below: If the HIV RNA test was negative at 12 weeks after exposure you are, in all likelihood, not infected. You may repeat the combo test in about 6 months just to be sure. See this site for information. http://www.sfaf.org/hiv-info/testing/hiv-test-window-periods.html

Most lkely neg: NEGATIVE HIV RNA suggests that the virus is undetectable. In practical terms this is negative. If the antibody test at 6 months is also negative, assuming no new exposure, you should be free

Yes: Most sensitive HIV tests will be (+) within 30-35 days and the newer tests will be (+) in 10-20 days. I feel confident that your tests being negative at 90 days means you can stop worrying.
