Prenatal Vitamins: Most prenatal vitamins are pretty similar. All tend to have a good amount of folic acid - a type of vitamin B that helps prevent certain types of birth defects. You can buy good prenatal vitamins at most drug store chains. We usually recommend taking them for several months before planning to get pregnant, and to continue them until you are done breast feeding. Good luck. LGromkoMD
