A member asked:

Does taking prenatals before pregnancy make a good big difference? does it help with conceiving as well?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Prenatals: Most definitely. Your state of health and nutrition does make a difference not only when trying to conceive but also to support a healthy pregnancy. Such things as vitamin b12, iron, and folic acid, among others are essential. You should discuss this with your gynecologist and help to plan a successful pregnancy. Good luck and congratulations on starting a family!
