Periph neuropathy: The most likely diagnosis of your symptoms is peripheral neuropathy, the cause of which is frequently never precisely identified. Common causes include diabetes & other metabolic disorders, autoimmune disease, toxins, trauma, etc. Treating underlying condition most important. Some medications (antidepressant/anticonvulsant), topical anesthetics or mechanical aids may help. See ninds.nih.gov
