Hepatitis C therapy: Good treatments for hepatitis c are evolving, but interferon-based regimens are notorious for their significant side effects. Not treating hepatitis c can lead to cirrhosis & liver cancer. Talk with your doctor about pros/cons & in particular whether you are a viral responder to therapy to better decide to continue or abandon (due to side effects) your current regimen in favor of another one.
