Too early to say: Your symptoms may represent mittelschmerz, or cramping/pain symptoms that occur at ovulation. Pregnancy is another issue, and depends on when you had unprotected sex during this same time period you are referring to. Pregnancy tests won't be effective until 2 weeks after you missed your period. Hope that helps.
