Ive been spotting for 5 days itll range from being a brownish/rust color in the morning to being pink/red in the afternoon. its been accompanied by come and go cramps feels like period cramps but i havent started an actual flow. what is going on?

It sounds like you have both abnormal vaginal bleeding and discharge, plus pelvic pain. Any of these should be evaluated by a doctor. At your age, this combination of symptoms could be due to an STD like gonorrhea or chlamydia, and perhaps pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), which can seriously damage the Fallopian tubes.
