If you are on birth : control or are nursing, this can be common. Also, if have stopped nursing, you can have irregularity for 6 months. AND. Most women will experience occ menstrual irregularity which can last 2-6 months from time to time It will usually fix itself with time. I would give it a month or 2 more unless the amt or timing of bleeding is affecting your daily living, then I would see my Gyn or FP for help

Post Partum menses: The year following your baby can be a time of really irregular periods. If you breastfeed, then it is not unusual to have a long period of "amennorhea" or " no periods" Be sure to check a HPT if you are sexually active, because of course you can get pregnant during this time. Make an appointment with your OB GYN for an evaluation.
