I would avoid: The evidence for ginseng toxicity is conflicting, having been derived from animal studies or at exposure levels much higher than in normal human consumption. You should probably avoid knowingly taking ginseng to be safe; but don't worry too much about this accidental intake. Do keep your prenatal visit appointments.
