Other reasons to talk to a doc: when you are vomiting up fluid and can't keep your meds down, when your vomit looks like coffee grounds or blood, when your belly gets distended like a balloon and you can't pass gass, when you have nonstop diarrhea, or blood in your stool, or it looks black; when you have belly pain & a fever
