Recommend: starting with your primary care provider. After evaluation, it will be determined if you need specialist evaluation (such as urologist). Will need eval to determine what the problem is. Take care.

Urologist: Although a urologist can provide the most information on your complaint, if you indeed have testicular pain that is persistent seeing an Emergency Room doctor is warranted. There are some life threatening issues that affect the testicles and it should be examined as soon as possible. Good luck.
