Cold: A common cold usually clears after a week without any specific treatment. It does not cause abdominal pain as a rule. More information is needed to diagnose the abdominal discomfort, but if it persists or worsens you should be examined by your physician who will check you for appendicitis, gastroenteritis, gall bladder inflammation,etc.
