Will my retainer help my teeth after they've become crooked again?

Probably not: A retainer RETAINS teeth in their position after orthodontic treatment is finished. If your teeth have moved more than just a tiny bit, you'll need an active appliance to realign them. Speak to a local orthodontist for your options.
