Shouldn't matter: There are a number of issues that can give rise to premature birth, and those effect the mother having premi babies. It is not transmitted as a genetic trait. That said, an evaluation by an OBGyn at the first sign of pregnancy, along with consistent medical care during pregnancy is the best way to get your best possible outcome.
