ReactiveHypoglycemia: After eating big meal Blood Sugar goes up& as reaction to that in normal people without Diabetes, the pancreas produces extra insulin to bring the sugar down &that causes drop in the blood sugar. So in reality first the blood sugar goes up and then as a reaction to high sugar and insulin secretion by pancreas the sugar falls It is called Reactive Hypoglycemia.Happens more when you eat high carb meal
