What to do if i know your blood sugar levels drop on your period but is 42 too much of a drop?

If it was a : Finger-stick glucose, forget it- it's not accurate at low levels. Your body doesn't allow glucose to drop too low unless you are on therapy for diabetes, or have cancer, kidney or liver disease, prior GI surgery, etc.
