Ligament strain: Low back pain post-hip arthroplasty might represent ligament strain on pelvis joints; sacroiliac joints are largest joints in axial spine. Post-op soft tissue injury or leg length inequality might explain. The only study able to define leg length inequality is imaging scannogram. If your Orthopedist discounts your discomfort, then see an Osteopath. Solution might simply be a one-side heel lift.
