Exercise and eating: I commend you for having workout every day. It has given you satisfaction, and it has become structure of your daily life. Skipping the routine causes unpleasant feeling, may affect your metabolism and cause more hunger, Please do not overeat if you are frustrated. Have Balanced Diet Relax Use Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilate Be creative in your workout using different type of music.
