Nasal congestion: The only way to know is to have an evaluation of your nose. An ENT specialist has all the right tools to not only diagnose, but also to treat. The most common causes of one-sided nasal congestion is a deviated nasal septum, nasal polyps and turbinate hypertrophy. All are very treatable and the likelihood of good results from treatment is very high. Best of luck.
