One of my nostrils always looks swollen in the back. when i get sick it gets completely blocked and the other one never does. why is this?

A bit unusual: Generally, nasal swelling will switch sides so that one side is more congested, but the side that is more congested alters. If congestion is due to local infection (sinus infection for example), then the swelling may remain unilateral. There may be a polyp on the one side, which may be visible on exam or by ct scan. more background information would be helpful.
