A member asked:

Why is it that my right knee always pops when i straighten my leg?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Patellar tracking.: It could be maltracking of your kneecap. See a non-surgical sports medicine MD, who would start with xrays to check for arthritis. That can cause popping. If there's no arhritis, then it may be related to the tracking of the kneecap, which usually responds to physical therapy.
