What does a "heart click" usually mean?

Just a sound: A heart click is one of the sounds associated with valve closing. Typically the mitral valve when it prolapses. Mitral valve prolapse varies in intensity and "meaning" from barely perceptible to completely disabling. What it means to you is a different story.
