Is it possible to be able to feel the click when one has mvp. i feel a clicking feeling when leaning forward and my heart rate has been higher.

MVP click?: I would not think that you would be able to feel the click of a mitral valve prolapse in the way that you were describing. I’m concerned that maybe the valve issue is more than simple mitral valve prolapse. Have you had an echocardiogram recently? If not, it might be worthwhile to repeat.
