i hear this sort of clicking noise near my heart, what could it be?

Nothing: There should be no clicking, only time you hear clicks are when you've had valve surgery where they have replaced the valve with a metallic valve and other reason is if your valve has stiffened and you have a very sensitive ear. Check with your internist.
