Various conditions: This can be due to various conditions. Shoulder injuries can cause pain including rotator cuff injuries. There are also arthritic conditions which can cause joint pain in this area. I would see a physician and with a history and a physical exam they will likely be able to tell you the cause of the pain and if you need any further imaging. Take Care.
