MayB Frozen Shoulder: Frozen Shoulder (aka adhesive capsulitis) can come on suddenly for no known reason, causing increased immobility of the shoulder, pain, perhaps radiating to the elbow. Look on the internet for range-of-motion exercises for this condition. Also, apply topical DMSO (dimethyl sulfoxide--aka "horse liniment") available in a health food store or animal supply. Very powerful, safe, anti-inflammatory.
