You are drinking too: much if that is the case. There are several substances that are excreted in urine, including acetone and dihydroxybutyrate that can have a strong odor. In addition, in people who are developing diabetes, alcohol will further damage the pancreas' ability to produce insulin, and also is a very potent source of conversion to sugars, which will be excreted in urine. See your doctor. Cut down or QUIT!
