Vicodin soma (carisoprodol): Well Vidodin is an opioid and this can do it. Soma (carisoprodol) has no effect on muscle and gets converted to meprobamate which is highly addictive and acts like a Valium. IN fact this is not used by Pain doctors these days. The combination of Vicodin and Soma (carisoprodol) can have additive effects.
