The therapeutic dose of hydrocodone is between 5 and 15 mg, usually combined with 325 mg of Acetaminophen (tylenol) in each tablet. A typical tablet contains 7.5 mg of hydrocodone, and 1-2 is the usual dose, depending on severity of pain and the level of tolerance of the individual.
