Maybe a cluster HA: There is a such thing as a cluster headache which feels like a sharp pain coming from behind the eye. It may help to know if you have other symptoms of a cluster headache. Do they re-occur at the same time of the day for many days in a row? Otherwise, it could be something about your eye, or it could be a migraine. It's a good idea to talk to someone about it if this cannot give you the answer
