Migraine: This is most likely a migraines headache. The hot shower can be a trigger for this. Sinus pressure is usually relieved by sanding in the hot steam. This diagnosis would be further validated by the presence of nausea and wavy vision during the onset of the headache. If this is recurrent, please see your doctor for analysis and treatment.
