Likely anxiety: There should be no structural or functional reason or lack of ejaculation. Most of ejaculate comes from prostate gland, seminal vesicles & pre-cum from Cowper's gland. Testicles provide sperm for ejaculate. You presumably have another testis on the other side to hydrocele if you thought vas on hydrocele side had been damaged by surgery. Vas damage is 99.9% unlikely & does not affect ejaculation.
