A member asked:

Why are my feet so icy cold that it actually hurts?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Feel cold or touch?: If they always feel cold but are not cold when touching with your hand or someone elses then it is probably a form of neuropathy. If they are actually cold to touch of the hand then it may be a vascular related condition. Is there any skin color changes such as bluish or red? That is often associated with circulation.
