Strong and big.: Depending on how you’re training, strong muscles are not necessarily large muscles. Bodybuilders are generally larger than strength competitors. Reps per set should be 2-4 for strength at your maximum weight and 6-8 for size at your maximum weight, working to exhaustion regardless.
