Which is stronger: hydromorphone HCl 8mg or oxycodone HCl 30mg or methadone 10mg?

Opiods for pain: Hydromorphone 8 mg is roughly equivalent to Oxycodone 30 mg. I assume you are asking re oral medications. Both of these are effective for moderate to severe pain. In the US, Methadone is restricted to programs for treating opiod addiction, and is generally not used for pain relief.
