A 33-year-old member asked:

where can i get b12 lipotropics?

B12 with Lipotropics: I understand your desire to have good health. It is not clear that you want to use B 12 with Lipotropics for weight loss. Choline is in eggs, beef, cauliflower, beans, and some nuts. Methionine is in fish, meats, sesame seeds and brazil nuts. Inositol is in nuts, vegetables, raisins and bananas. There is no clear clinical evidence that B 12 with Lipotropics helps with weight loss..

Possible but rare: In general, B12 is very safe and well-tolerated and there is little danger in taking high doses. Occasionally nausea, diarrhea and rashes have been reported. It is advised to avoid in leber's disease, a rare hereditary eye condition. Organ meats: Yes that's right. Organ meats such as liver are great sources. But unless you enjoy eating that kind of food, i recommend a pharmaceutical grade methyl-b12. I do not lke the cyano B12 becuase of the cyanide group attached to the b12. B12 is also known as cobalamin.

After thhirty years of suffering from B12 deficancy my mums test show that it is over the requiired amount therfore her doctor has withdrew her injec?

A problem: Being "over the requireed amount" may be because it had been built up in the blood and not yet used. I would be sure to get it checked out again after an interval. Ask if your mium's urine or blood could be tested for methyl malonic acid. That is the bgest way of knowing if there is B12 deficiency.

Where can you get B12 with lipotropics injections?

Methylated B12: is more bio-available, easier to absorb, than B 12. Taking a SUBLINGUAL B 12 that melts under the tongue can be used in place of injections. EGCG capsules (from green tea) can be used in place of lipotropics injections. Nothing replaces the need for lifestyle changes such as healthy diet and exercise program. Please see doc for guidance. Peace and good health.
