The only injection: For hypothyroidism is an IV injection of thyroid hormone used only in emergency situations for severe and life-threatening hypothyroidism. Lipotropic injections are an internet scam that won't help you in any way, and who knows what's in them or how much harm it could do to you?

Different issue: I do not know of any commonly used thyroid injections. Synthroid (thyroxine) can be used IV at half the dose of your usual oral dose. Lipotropic injections may vary. Many of them may contain B12 which can help if you are deficient, but i prefer just a good balanced diet plan for weight loss.
