Unlikely: "lipotropic injections" are touted to enhance fat metabolism. The principal agent used is vitamin b12. If there is truly any effect, it would actually be to decrease the risk of gallstone formation, rather than causing problems. The principal risk group for gallstones are being female, fertile and overweight.
