30 stitches in top lip both outside amd inside and above from lip to nose. how long will it take to heal? stitches are dissolvable. when will they start to dissolve? how do i brush teeth?

Stiches: Should take 7-10 days to fallout. Tramatized area will look worse in 6 months, then as tissues organize will look better in a year. If you want to reduce the risk of permanent scar consult with a fully qualified Plastic Surgeon.
