Growth spurt: growth spurts begin during childhood and end usually well before age 25. Your pediatrician should have charts of your height and weight growth and it should have been given to you and your parents. If they don't have anything to show you complain to your current doctor. Everyone should have that information available to them from age 1 month to 18.
