Vegans /Vegetarians: I admire you for interest in your Health. Both Vegans and vegetarians eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, leafy greens, whole grains, nuts, seeds, and legumes Vegans eliminate all animal and dairy products (also eggs) from their diet. Both Diets are healthy Diets. They lack in Vitamin B 12 which can be taken in cereals fortified with Vitamin B 12.
