Worth a visit: First, figure out if from upper or lower airways. Upper airways: snoring/obstructive sleep apnea, stridor, septal deviation/perforation, polyp,VCD/laryngospasm, croupy cough, hoarse from larynx issues. Lower: asthma, COPD, heart failure, GERD, foreign body, pneumothorax, pleuritis, pneumonia, to name a few. Go to ER/UC EKG, Echo, CXR, PFT, pulse ox, exam, rhinoscopy. Checked out.
