White things : The white things around the tongue ring can be some keloid formation or scar or a foreign body reaction to the ring or an allergic reaction to the composite metal. Have an ENT or a dentist or oral surgeon check it out or remove the ring and see if it goes away. Hope this helps. Good luck and feel better.
