Immunizations: the most common adverse effects from the 2 month old immunizations are soreness, redness at the site of injection, and low grade fever. Each vaccine has its own list of other possible adverse effects, which are too long to list each one. A more detailed list can be found through the CDC http://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/parents/ vaccines are very safe and serious adverse effects are very rare.
