How much blood is drawn for normal blood tests?

Depends: There are many different types of tests. Different test types require different types of tubes with different preservatives. There is no such thing as a normal blood test. So depending on how many different elements of blood are being tested, it may need 5-20 ml of blood. Usually is not necessary to draw more than 20 ml.
