Pain in upper right side just under right breast. bleeding that doesn't fill my tampon but when i use the restroom bright red pebbles. is this normal as its my 3rd cycle in 30 day time frame.

It's not normal: To have 3 "cycles" in 30 days is not normal. Therefore, you need to see your doc. Make sure you are not pregnancy unless you know for a fact you are not (tubal ligation for example). Otherwise, see your doc asap.
