Any lab; talk to doc: They are available through almost any lab in the US. But speak with your doctor first. The chlamydia IgG (blood) test is useless for diagnosing current infection. Although sometimes used in evaluating female infertility, for current infection you need a urine or vaginal swab test. Also be wary about HSV (herpes) blood testing except with doctor's advice. Confusing results are common.
