Burning like sensation in part of the head can it be anxiety or sinusitis?

Both: You include no history or apparently take no meds but this group of complaints could be either. It is not possible to say based on what you have said. but the burning in the head is most likely viral. Anxiety can cause this also especially if you are a very jumpy person. See you doctor if persists.
