Estrogen Rx: Recent evidence based literature supports the use of estrogen/progestin combination therapy both prior to and after menopause, and statistically reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease and stroke, in addition to stopping typical post menopausal symptoms. Ask your gyn for some low dose replacement therapy.
